Company History

Now celebrating the 20th anniversary of our founding, Bounteous began in 2003 as HS2Solutions. Founded by Phil Holiyer and Keith Schwartz, the company continues to grow by delivering innovative digital solutions to major brands. Rebranded to Bounteous in 2018, the company grows both organically and through strategic acquisitions that include LunaMetrics (2018), Demac Media (2018), Infield Digital (2018), The Archer Group (2020), FortyFour (2020), Hathway Digital (2021), and Lister Digital (2021). Bounteous is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, a New York-based investment firm that emphasizes sustainable business building and growth.
